Join Infinity’s recruitment team in Riyadh covering MENA technical and commercial roles. You’ll partner with enterprise clients across KSA, UAE, and Egypt to source, screen, and place candidates from senior IC to leadership level.
What you’ll do
- Manage 6–10 active searches per quarter
- Build and maintain a regional candidate pipeline
- Run intake calls with hiring managers and translate into target profiles
- Coordinate the full interview cycle for your candidates
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years recruitment experience, agency or in-house
- Native Arabic, working English
- Track record placing 20+ roles annually
- KSA-based or willing to relocate
